Our Family

Loving with Boxers since 1999

We are Leah & Tyler Morgan. I began working with this lovely breed as a young teenager. From the start, I appreciated the Boxers ability to be both protector and playmate. As a teen my first Boxer (Jasper) and I competed in many AKC Junior Showmanship Competitions. Our family often packed up in an RV to vacation at dogs shows all over the Northeast where we would compete. I later purchased a pretty female from Shadowdale Boxers (Sugar)  and a wonderful male from Minstrel Boxers (Trip). Although these boxers were great representations of the breed, they did not thrive in the show ring. They were however my beloved pets and constant companions.

I took a short break from the show ring while Trip and I moved across the country to San Diego where I completed my doctorate degree. While in San Diego I met and married my husband Tyler. We bought a house and decided Trip needed a playmate. Lucky for us many great Boxer kennels are located in Southern California! This brought Rocky from CinniBon Boxers into our lives. Rocky and I have had a great time exploring various dog sports such as Rally, Dock Diving, Scent Work and Agility.

Ready to enter the world of conformation again, we went back to CinniBon boxers where we were lucky enough to purchase Cardi, a very lovely show potential female with a stunning pedigree. Cardi is niece to the legendary Wilma (MBIS GCHP2 CinniBon's Bedrock Bombshell), top winning boxer in the history of the breed, and son of another top winning boxer, Reign (GCHP Encore's Sovereign SOM). Cardi achieved her GCH and passed her health testing to become the foundation female for our kennel. We are so grateful to Bonnie of CinniBon Boxers for the opportunity to share our lives with this pretty girl.

Our Story

Puppies with a purpose

You might say breeding is in my blood. My grandmother raised Collies and Boston Terriers, and growing up my family bred Chinese Shar-Pei's. I went on to study the neurologic development of puppies by observing the famous Monks of New Skete German Shepard breeding program in Cambridge, NY. The Monks were on the cutting edge of puppy raising by implementing Early Neurologic Stimulation (Super Puppy Program) long before it became mainstream. I later went on to obtain my license and worked as a Veterinary Technician with a focus in behavior.

My puppies are raised using the Empowered Breeding Program. This includes age appropriate daily interaction, Early Neurologic Stimulation and Early Scent Introduction, as well as some Puppy Culture principles. I breed and raise puppies with the intention to produce healthy, well rounded Boxers that have the potential to excel conformation and/or sport but first and foremost always a loving companion.
